The event will be held from September 14 to 17 at the Euskalduna Palace of Bilbao and Bizkaia Aretoa of the UPV-EHU (Basque Public University).
NAUKAS (science, scepticism and humour) https://naukas.com/ is the largest online platform for scientific dissemination in Spanish. This space has the collaboration of a hundred scientists and popularizers from different areas who join forces to talk about and promote science. This year, Bilbao will host the thirteenth edition of NAUKAS for four days at the Euskalduna Palace. The open and free event is aimed at all types of public including the youngest, with the NAUKAS KIDS event to be held at the Bizkaia Aretoa of the UPV/EHU. Naukas Kids will be led by UPV/EHU research staff who they will deal with topics such as mathematical art, microbes or technology.
Borja García-Lorenzo, Health Economist at the Biosistemak Institute (formerly Kronikgune), will participate in the NAUKAS PRO session which aims to highlight the work carried out by Research Centers, renowned scientific laboratories or work teams to innovate and advance science. Researchers from the health research institutes Bioaraba, Biobizkaia and Biogipuzkoa, and Osakidetza will also participate in this session.
