The congress will be held from 11 to 15 September 2023 in the hybrid format as part of the Basque Country University, UPV-EHU’s, summer course program. 
The tenth edition of the Digital Health Congress, organized by the Digital Health Association and the Signo Foundation, focuses on advances in Value-Based Digital Health. For five days, experts in the field will share experiences and lessons learned in different environments to continue advancing in the digital transformation of healthcare. The event focuses on information and communication technologies, tools to improve self-care, and quality of care, and optimize the efficiency of health systems.
The conference aims to generate knowledge networks and take advantage of synergies to establish new collaborations and design innovative projects, using the opportunities offered by technology in order to improve the quality of care, the patient experience, and the sustainability of the healthcare system.
On 14 September 2023, the scientific director of Biosistemak (formerly Kronikgune) will moderate a round table “Secondary use of health data”, in which some projects that are working in this area will be presented and discussed.
