This research project, coordinated at European level by Kronikgune and funded by Horizon 2020, started in 2018 and has involved eight European partners. With the main objective of increasing the resilience of adolescents between 12 and 14 years old, UPRIGHT has developed a psycho-educational programme aimed at adolescents, their families and the school community.

The final conference on 1 December will be attended by all members of the consortium, as well as stakeholders with expertise in mental health and adolescent well-being who have collaborated with the project. It is also expected to be attended by the schools that have participated in the interventions so that they can learn about the results obtained.

The event will feature Positran CEO Ilona Boniwell, who will give a presentation on resilience, and Sue Roffey, psychologist and academic, who will present the well-being of teachers. During the day, attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about the UPRIGHT programme, the results of the intervention, tips for successful implementation of the programme, policy recommendations and other topics related to adolescent well-being.
