The meeting will be held on 19 November from 9 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.

CHRODIS PLUS Joint Action, a European project led by the Carlos III Institute of Health, which ends in 2020, has organised an online conference with Spanish stakeholders to disseminate the results obtained in the framework of the project. Under the title, “Improving prevention strategies and the quality of life of people with chronic conditions“, the conference will be attended by researchers and institutional representatives who have worked on the development of CHRODIS PLUS at a national level.

The aim of the online event is to present the results, evaluation and sustainability of the Joint Action, to present the morbidity model developed within the framework of the project and to disseminate the recommendations for health promotion and disease prevention in working environments.

Raquel Yotti, the General Director of ISCIII, will be in charge of opening the event. On the other hand, the Secretary of State for Health, Silvia Calzón, will close the meeting. Likewise, at the international level, Nicoline Tamsma, representative of the European Commission and Rokas Navickas, Scientific Coordinator of CHRODIS PLUS, will be present.

Kronikgune will present the implementation methodology defined and applied in the project. It will show the common strategy defined for the implementation of the innovative good practices, the methods and techniques that have facilitated the adoption, implementation and sustainability of the interventions.
