The meeting will be held on the 26th and 27th of October 2022 at the Bizkaia B Accelerator Tower BAT in Bilbao.
The Bizkaia International Centre for Entrepreneurship, located in the Bizkaia Tower, hosts the second meeting of the JADECARE Joint Action consortium. The event brought together more than 50 representatives ranging from directors of health ministries to technical researchers from 45 organizations from 16 European countries. The aim is to share the progress of the project by highlighting the main activities carried out in the last year, highlighting the milestones and results achieved since the beginning of the project, and finally defining what will be the next actions to be carried out in the coming months.
The JADECARE Joint Action, coordinated at the European level by Kronikgune Institute, addresses the implementation of integrated and person-centered care through digital solutions. Within the framework of the project, four good practices are being transferred to 21 European healthcare contexts, including the Basque Good Practice “Basque strategy on aging and chronicity: integrated care”.
JADECARE proposes to strengthen the capacity of health authorities to successfully address all important aspects of the transformation of health systems towards digitally enabled, integrated, and person-centred care.
