The event will be held on 27 September 2022 at the ACIS conference room in Santiago de Compostela.

The TITTAN COVID-19 project (Translation, Innovation & Technology Transfer in Ageing Network in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic), aims to establish a knowledge exchange network between five European regions to promote innovation and technology transfer in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The TITTAN COVID-19 project, funded by the Interreg Europe Programme, is the extension of the TITTAN Interreg project and has a duration of one year.

The project, coordinated by ACIS, the Galician Health Knowledge Agency, has involved organizations from Saxony, Lombardy, Scotland, and the Basque Country, with BIOEF as the beneficiary partner and coordinator from the Basque Country. Kronikgune Institute and the other Health Research Institutes Biocruces-Bizkaia, Biodonostia, and Bioaraba have participated in the project as stakeholders.

Throughout this year, different thematic workshops have been organized among the partners where good practices and solutions developed and implemented to address COVID-19 related to care pathways, the health ecosystem, and patient empowerment have been shared.

In the final event of the TITTAN COVID-19 project, partners will showcase and share lessons learned during the pandemic and present in-depth a good practice that has been key during this period. Kronikgune will attend the event with BIOEF and Osakidetza, who will present the Teleconsultation tool piloted during the pandemic and on which they are working.

The conference can be followed live on the ACIS Youtube channel in Spanish and English.
